The other day, during my visit to the Laura Ashley store I noticed in small boxes with form of fabric, type cottages patchwork, strategically placed around the store. They reminded me of the sewers that we had in school Oh, these schools of religious where the pre-technological were covert sewing classes of modernity!.
Finally, as I love the manual work and seemed ideal to save dolls polly pockets, which are always through tiny accessories, I searched patterns the net and have found so much variety and quantity of houses of rag, I think I’ll make a PAU.
Admittedly, in patchwork, our French neighbours take the Palm. How wonderful designs! In particular, Véronique Requena, owner of Born To Quilt, It has a very inspiring blog and not just houses, tables, tablecloths, and over living in a wonderful cottage at la Bourgogne.
How do you see it? You fancy using forgotten scraps in a drawer for a work of craftsmanship, and fill the nursery of patchwork cottages which are also useful to maintain order?
